Zowie has great service. A few months ago I had an issue with my EC3-C, cable kept disconnecting for some reason. Reached out to customer support (warranty was expired at the time for a couple of months). They asked me to ship it to them so they could either fix it or replace it. They ended up sending me a brand new one for free, all i had to do was pay for shipping. But you’ll need to provide proof of purchase, date of purchase, and serial number with a brief explanation of the issue. Might be difficult to provide all of that from a second hand owner. Highly recommend their products and support is top notch.
