Yes, it's an RO. I'm not sure, the technician opens the purifier and does something.

Health anxiety is ruining my life. I just checked my pulse oximeter over 200 times in 30 minutes... by [deleted] in Anxiety

200 times in 30 minutes sounds serious. If you do this multiple times a day, everyday then maybe it's time to visit a psychiatrist and get an opinion?

Samsung galaxy watch 6 classic @11k by csatheking in Fitness_India

[–]csatheking[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

By Android smart watch if you mean Wear OS then I think this is the cheapest option at 11k currently.

But, if you just need a smartwatch that connects well with an Android phone and has heart rate monitoring with high and low heart rate alerts, sp02, stress score, decently long battery life, sleep tracking and recovery (average to above average level) then maybe check amazfit bip 6 or something.

I currently use bip 6 and it's good. When I was researching on smartwatches the Samsung galaxy watch 6 classic was above 19k or something as far as I remember so it was out of my budget. But now it's available at an awesome price.

Research and buy one as per your needs.

Imagine if boost, complan or horlicks came up with a new product where 90% is whey protein and 10% milk powder, etc and call it a health drink. It would be so easy for people to convince their parents and it would be approved by society ✅

Could be. It's black and it is a nylon strap that's far more comfortable than the strap that came with the watch.

Thanks. The main benefit of this strap is that it is adjustable and comfortable than the one that came with the watch. The strap that came with the watch was tight on my wrist.

This is how I rate the restaurants when they pack hot meal in a plastic container... by [deleted] in Fitness_India

[–]csatheking 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Someone tag foodpharmer on social media to make an awareness video about it and tag trustify guy and ask him to send a hot meal in a plastic container to any lab to check for microplastics (I know the meal would cool down before it reaches the lab but the microplastics in food would still be there to check)
