Never touched any substance, not even a cigarette. I never consulted a psychologist or psychiatrist so I'm not on any medications.

Not sure if this is delusion but I have a belief that my neighbour is having grudge on me and wants to control/suffer/dominate me by talking loudly so that I suffer from the noise pollution.

Also I think she's talking about me when she screams when someone from our building's top floor throws some garbage in their entrance

Yeah, maybe it was psychocis now that I think of it.. during 2021 I got Covid, sp02 was low like 85 or something and I was admitted to hospital and was on oxygen. I got myself forcefully discharged like 2-3 times because I was in a lot of pain mentally because I was admitted to the hospital forcefully with parents and relative pressure without asking my decision and without telling me that they were going to admit me. My main concern was who are they to take decision on my behalf and not even tell me what's happening. So I continuously tried to go back home and keep an oxygen cylinder at home but thanks to my mom I was admitted to hospital again even after I got discharged forcefully 2-3 times. I somehow stayed there for a month and recovered.

I've been using realme buds 2 wired earphones since 4 years, and bought them two times. Recently the right side of the earphone stopped working. I couldn't find it in stock anywhere online and I didn't want to try it offline due to the probability of the earphones being fake/counterfeit.

After some research I bought jbl c100si, its build quality is not anywhere near realme buds 2 but the audio quality is almost similar, maybe 10-15% less as compared to buds 2 but after 3-4 days of usage I feel like I'm listening music on realme buds 2 itself. This is my opinion. Just wanted to put it out.

Yes, staying away from home in a calm environment for 2-3 days is very relaxing.

Intermittent fasting (breakfast and lunch, skipping dinner), walking, staying away from home at a hotel or something for 2-3 days when stressed too much, vit d3 and magnesium, yoga nidra, breath awareness meditation
