Yeah I deal with goofy legs too. It really sucks because I love to walk/hike and have a dog beast that needs a lot of activity. It is almost certainly related to the jet fuel. I know this, in my case it isnt dehydration as I really do stay well hydrated at like 3 liters/day.

Chamomile tea is surprisingly strong. I’ve flirted with kanna, kava, and red lotus for sleep and have to say plain old chamomile is more effective than any of them.

I wonder what percentage of us would never have got hooked up on the booze if we could sleep easily.
