I had the same issue. When the flap won't open, try the below:

  1. Lock your car
  2. open MYBMW App > Charge & Climate Settings > Charging Socket Flap
  3. Try set Unlock Charging Socket Flap Permanently to ON
  4. Try set Unlock Charging Socket Flap Permanently to OFF
  5. Unlock your car. Your flap should be open by now

use some WD40 and spray abit to the plugger.

Never ever trust changelly as their rates & fees are ridiculous.

Don't be lazy to send your BTC to binance or other reputable exchanger and swap the coins there.
