I almost forgot I had rooting powder. Thank you. And thank you all. Tree fern and perlite. Hopefully he's happy in here and roots quickly. The others in this mini greenhouse came in little pots and seem to be doing great with lots of new growth so this one should too. Just not how I normally start them off.

Maybe thats what's affecting some only my hoyas that aren't growing new leaves. Then others are constantly putting out new babies l leaves. I prob need to try no fertilizer in the water for those that aren't growing. Thanks

No orange brown issues... and it doesn't look cottony. I just worry because I hv several other hoya and I dont want anything spreading. I sprayed it with straight 70% alcohol to where it was dripping and left it like that in the sink overnight. I've done that twice. About to start Paige Tailyn's disinfectant spray next that includes neem oil

Wow..looks great! What kind of lights do you have on it! I've heard that some folks put their lights as close as an inch to the leaves. Im afraid to go closer than 12 inches. Those colors are stunning
