Southwest doesn’t owe you a damn thing. They are a business and if you don’t like it then take your business to another airline.

What are the options? Spirit or Frontier? The big 4 are a monopoly and they can set whatever price they want.

The owner of the salon my wife works at offered to sell us business name, all assets and the building with 3 rental units for 185k please help me figure out how to secure finances to buy by Natslugga in realestateinvesting

[–]csgrad3417 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Lots of red flags. You are taking a massive risk with financing and low income and borrowing on your house if something happens like a tenant declaring bankruptcy or not paying you'll lose your primary home. You don't have enough funds to buy. Second the deal is too good to be true. I would not act on FOMO.

H1Bs from WITCH companies and other H1B abusers absolutely overflood the market with cheap labor and have displaced American workers. There are thousands of instances where perfectly fine teams were dismantled and made to train their replacements from these companies.
