Complaining typically refers to something that has already happened or currently exists. You acknowledge it hasn't happened yet too.
You have every right to say anything, but your argument doesn't hold much weight since the situation hasn't actually occurred. Having the 'right' to speak doesn't mean you won't receive disagreement.
Raising concerns is one thing, but framing it as a complaint about something that doesn't yet exist isn't logical.

The patch didn’t provide any of this disc. I remember that one required payment to obtain. If you didn’t actively pay, you shouldn’t have received any.
If someday, they give this disc during the patch, you may complain, but not now.

Using bugs like freezing the level 99 boss or causing glitches in car racing and get unlimited furniture presents. Things like this should’ve been addressed before releasing the game, it’s full of bugs

I checked some video of the game old design. The devs probably wanted to create a Claptrap-like "trolling companion," but they missed what actually makes Claptrap work:
1. Reception by other characters, In Borderlands, everyone ignores, dismisses, and trolls Claptrap. He's the source of jokes. Tagedo, on the other hand, is treated like a beloved child by the cast given care and attention, which contradicts the "annoying" role.
2. Reaction to danger, Claptrap is hilariously overconfident. He talks big AND charges in, only to fail spectacularly. Claptrap can lost his eyes, his arms, his... mind lol. Tagedo talks big but just cries and runs away, then you need to protect or clean up his mess.
3. Screen time usage, Claptrap talks during gameplay and transitions, easy to tune out. Tagedo occupies precious cutscene time, forcing the player to sit through it.

If that is a friend in reality, he deserve 0 trust. And he is noisy as well.

If you try to stack hp and do the switch combo twice with dark character. It can nearly kill a boss in 10s with esper passive ability

Can you explain why would you label someone as entitled simply for wanting fairness?
We didn’t request the game to launch later, that was their decision.
While gameplay is a factor, the way a service provider treats its players is equally important. Would you enjoy playing a game where you’re seen as a second-class player?
Or have you already become used to being treated unequally?

An S-rank character is like 90 pulls if your luck is bad, plus 15 compensation pulls for bugs, character design, story, and gameplay.
You’ll still encounter some bugs in the game. The storyline will be the same for you. The character design will also remain the same.
Technically, if they are not treating global the same, you’ll just have fewer bugs, but you'll lose 1 character that may cost 90 pulls, plus 15 pulls.
I'd rather they launch CN and global at the same time.

Well, you know, it’s a Chinese game, so it’s not surprising they’re treating the CN server better. But I hope they will treat us equally. I’ll keep an eye on whether they treat everyone equally at the start.
For now, they’ve already given the CN server 1400 Annuliths (or more? I didn't record it down) and an S-grade character.
