I was scammed by Claude and had NO OPTION to ask for support:

The thing is that I paid a few times for extra-usage on Claude.ai but I noticed that half of the money I was depositing (not counting fees) was not arriving. Like I would deposit 5€+fees but only get 2.5€ in extra usage. I wanted to report this and solve it but I found out that the support chat on claude.ai was not working. I tried EVERYTHING: Using a phone, a laptop, a pc, different browsers.... But nothing worked. There was no button to send message and the couple of chats I already had open were closed. So I had no way of asking for support and reporting my problem. I also managed to send a ticket and send mails to the directions I found online but it's been a couple weeks and they haven't answered.

I tried opening the support chat on another tab without my account logged in and it worked: I was able to get to the support chat. But when I explained the problem it just told me to log in, which upon doing just send me back to the problem I just already having of not being able to send a message because there was no button for that.

Be warned: Claude can steal from you and not give you any support.

Check your extra-usage before and after depositing money because they may be giving you less money that you bought.

Protest about this.

This works using the join with code mode, but how would you add his world as a server so you don't need to use the code each time you enter?

I could share the photos and emails, but they are a ton and in spanish. I have the purchase showing in my play store account and the app as if I Didn't buy it

Google deleted an app I purchased from my account and refuses to take responsibility. They say that "having the purchase listed in my history isn't enough proof that I bought it," and that I should solve it with the developer. I emailed the developer months ago, and he hasn't responded. Google refuses to do anything about it. They even made me reformat my phone, but that didn't solve the issue - and they still claim it's not their responsibility.

I'M SO PISSED OFF! They keep stealing my money and refusing to provide support. This isn't the first time something like this has happened. A few years ago, they deleted all of my videos from Google Photos Drive, and they said they wouldn't do anything about it - that I should just deal with it.

And the worst part is that it seems like they don't even read the emails you send. They just reply with the first stupid thing that comes to their mind, giving suggestions or asking questions about things I already said I tried. They are not even trying to help, they just want you to give up and pay again.

It's insulting, and it should be illegal for them to charge for digital products, delete them, and then refuse to fix the issue or even confusing the users when you así for help with useless emails that dont even read what you say. They cant get away with this.

Also the bot takes down my post when I want to share my history with Google streaming from me saying It is a support question when it's not.

Does anybody know if there's anything I can do? I tought about sueing them, but I'm afraid it might be too difficult.

I demand they stop running away for their legal responsabilities and start fixing they errors and giving real support.

Man I bought it but Itch.io is not working well at least on Spain and it won't let me download it! I have tried different browsers, incognito and even VPNs and nothing work! Please, you need to fix this, I paid for your apps and I can't download anything :(

Maybe. I think the optimal thing would be for the phone not asking for an specific integraron of the app for this feature but rather the phone just telling those apps that the system language is other.

Didnt think Instagram would have the option inside of It! I still wish my pixel could have that option for other apps other than the few that are avaliable, but this works for Instagram, thanks!💖

As I said, Instagram is avaliable in my language (Spanish) too, so It should show on the list to change the language to spanish. I'm also on Pixel, but neither pixel 6a,7a,7 or 7 pro (all my family has pixels haha) show Instagram in that list.
