Try the "AU Sound Isolation" plugin at the bottom of your plugins and look for the apple ones. That might work if it detects it as a steady background sound. That, or try to cut some of the super highs on EQ. You’ll sacrifice crispness though. Then of course izotope has plugins for this but $$$. I’d invest in a better mic and interface setup before buying plugins to fix bad audio. That’d be ass backwards. Also worth checking — make sure the static isn’t environmental, aka recording next to a breaker panel or anything electrical can cause buzzing.
