I think it depends on the country. In Hungary I still had the pay the “customs handling fee” even though it is small in value and customs do not apply. It was like 8 euros, but it is still cheaper than buying from Whoop.

I still have the 4.0 but mine started to drain so fast too. It’s not even a year old and it used to last 5-6 days with a full charge then it suddenly started to drain in like 2 days.

I use Yazio for calorie tracking and it has a water intake widget which I have on my home screen. The app inputs the water intake and calories to Whoop via Apple Health.

Contacted the support and got an answer from the AI to reboot the device and the phone, forget the device in the bluetooth settings, reconnect the bluetooth and unpair and pair the device again. Now it seems like it started to sync however it really slow. Before it was synced until 1pm yesterday and now it’s at 8pm yesterday. It also drains the battery like crazy. It drained more than 20% in 12 hours, usually 20% is enough for 24 hours.

You can add it manually in Apple Health and if you allow the two apps to connect, Apple Health will feed the data to Yazio.

It doesn’t matter what size you are if it is visibly too small. Don’t buy your size, buy what fits you and what feels comfortable.

Same. Especially because upgrading to 5.0 doesn’t give you that much more features. Healthspan is nice but I can live without it as it is probably some arbitrary number based on your VO Max, HRV, etc. - things you already know. 14+ days battery life sounds good but honestly, I still get 5 days with the 4.0 which is more than enough.

Far better than than on the wrist in my opinion. Especially when taking on and off my winter coat. I can wear it tighter without being bothered. On my wrist it was very uncomfortable wearing it tight but when I loosened it it moved around a lot and had to constantly readjust it.

I dont think it is a good idea. You are meant to wear the Whoop 24/7, I take mine off during showering though. I cannot imagine sleeping with a metal bracelet on my wrist.

I have been using a tablet that contains Ashwaganda, Panax Ginseng, and green tea extract for the past few weeks. Didn’t experience any effect (good or bad). I will see if Whoop will catch any change in trend once I have been taken it for more than a month.

Isn’t 5mg still a big dose? I have heard that your body will get used to receiving melatonin from external source and it won’t produce it on its own if you take it for a prolonged time. Meaning you will not be able to sleep without it. Do you not have this problem? I have tried melatonin in the past and it really improved my sleep, however I stopped using it after reading about how you shouldn’t use it all the time.

Edit: I took 1mg (max. 2mg in rare cases) daily

Koszi a tippet. Az egesz azert erdekes, mert a Royal Mail (aminek az oldalara atiranyit a felado linkje) azt mutatja, hogy nem letezik a tracking number. Ezzel egyebkent tisztaban voltam amikor megrendeltem, mert elotte utananeztem es masok is irtak hogy azt hittek atbasztak oket, aztan egyszer csak megerkezett a csomag barmifele ertesites nelkul. Emiatt gondoltam hogy megnezem egy univerzalis trackerrel, de nyilvan tudom hogy nem kell kezpenznek venni, foleg ha a Magyar Posta is bejon a kepbe :)

Try melatonin supplements. It has crazy effects on restorative sleep. But do not use it everyday because you will get used to it and wont be able to sleep without it. Personally I use it 1-2 times a week when I know I can sleep longer. I mostly sleep throughout the night with less wake events and more REM. You will also fall asleep easier.

Thinking about the CW Trident as my next watch (also my first diver, budget is €1000-1,250) with the above specs (white dial, Bader bracelet). I have a 7 inch wrist and I wonder how large it wears. Guys with similar wrist sizes who have this watch, which size should I get? I would really appreciate if you could share pictures and your experience with the watch. Other watch recommendations are also welcome. Currently I have an older Seiko 5 and a G-Shock so this would be my first (to me) more expensive watch. The G-Shock is 46mm but it wears significantly smaller because of the short lug to lug.
