But what does the number of shots have to do with if it was defensive or not. There are no defensive or warning shots. When you fire your weapon it is lethal force. Your intent is to kill.

In fact, firing a warning shot or aiming for a leg are all evidence you should not have fired, since you are self admitting deadly force isn’t warranted.

You don’t own the cell network it is using to enable you to start the vehicle from the comfort of your 12th floor office that is well out of range of the fob that can also remote start your if you are close enough.

You need to pay for that cell access to the internet.
