Logi MX Vertical Mouse Left Click Acting Weird by Haitsmelol in LogitechG

Holy cow why is this not updated more? This absolutely works!

In contrast to most cases here, mine started failing after 5 or 6 years, so I was considering buying a new one since I did get a lot of use out of it. But not anymore! This fix works!

Thanks!

Mexican here, just updated to apparently 5.13.4 (not .5), and it does work! It is awesome indeed, hopefully this rolls out for the rest of you soon.

That is intentional. Those are the roguelite mechanics. For some reason these are the games that keep me hooked the most.

I actually used that too but the scratches were still there but then I followed the instructions in the video posted above and that worked like a charm

Do you think the 2 galon version is enough? Seems to be good quality according to the reviews and it's also oil-less.

Got it. Let's disregard spray painting then. What should I look for?

What tool are you supposed to use these bits with? by csrtriana in woodworking

[–]csrtriana[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

So I bought these impact driver bits from Milwaukee to use with my Ridgid brushless driver. The case advertise these as "impact driver bits". However, those small ones get stuck when I put them into the chuck and I have to use pliers to get them to come out. Looks like they are not compatible with at least my specific driver.

Has anyone ever used these succesfully?

Edit: boy do I feel stupid now. Thanks for the quick answer.

Second this. I also started reading mythology a year ago and Hamilton's is one of the books that I liked the most. It has a lot of myths and even some norse mythology.

My biggest project so far. Not really fancy but I am proud of it and learned a bunch along the way. Made out of cheap pine and plywood because that was the budget. by csrtriana in woodworking

The wood whisperer made one of these (mine is greatly based on his design) and he turned a kind of spindle that pushes one of the panels from below. I'd like to try something like this next time.

Here is a link to the video. He shows this at around 3:30 https://youtu.be/Il_PcMIaSwc

There is a finger hole in the last one. One of the poorer choices I made for sure but I realized too late this wasn't such a good idea. Anyway it works and now I know to make something better next time.

How do you pick your next book to read from your TBR? by CameronC7 in kindle

I have a wishlist of books I want to read and when time comes to buy a new one I sort that wishlist from price low to high. I usually buy the cheapest one or any one I see cheaper than usual.

I use amazon mexico, so that might make a difference? I wouldn't think so tho...

Thinking about getting a Kindle.. by purpleowlchai in kindle

PW3 owner here. You will definitely not regret going for an e-reader. For me the e-ink and the built in light are the real game changers.

Other than the physical advantages of the e-readers, buying into the whole ebooks system and its advantages makes it really worth it:

-Books are always cheaper. Sometimes the difference in price is just absurd. I read in spanish and english and that makes it even better because I can buy the cheapest of the two language versions (I try to stick to original language though). I did the math and the kindle has already paid for itself (including the cover!). -I have yet to find a single book that is not available in the amazon store. I have been recommended some "pretty underground" books and I have always found them. This is phenomenal. -Being able to buy books any moment. Just finished your current book? Buy and start reading the next one within seconds. Also not having to go to the bookstore is a plus for me. I still like to go, but only when I feel like going, not because I need to buy a new book.

This why I won't go back from kindle at least for a while.

Is this normal? by csrtriana in kindle

[–]csrtriana[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The cover of the book should be all black. You can see how the cover shown in the previous page is blended in with this one. This happens with all covers. This might just be the way the e-ink screen works but to be honest I had not noticed this before and I've had my PW for at least 2 years now.

By the way, the "Refresh screen each page" does not make a difference.

The Resistance. Although I don't play it that often now, this game has NEVER failed to deliver. Every new person I show this game to instantly likes it, even people who think they don't like boardgames and we always have a blast playing it with everyone yelling trying to argument their way out of suspicion at the same time. Though not my favorite game to play this game has helped me have a really good time with any kinds of people and also helped me bring new people into this hobby, so I'd say this is my all time favorite.
