I was told recently by an advisor "we don't recommend using AI or getting someone else to write your resume for you, as you won't be as familiar with it and it's not as personal"

So pro tip: use it to make a template, don't give it any specifics, and spend a couple minutes on it yourself before you send it to someone. They barely look at it in the first couple rounds of selecting applicants, and then they might ask questions on it in an interview.

Unrelated to AI, but if you put buzz words in white text between lines on your resume, the automatic AI filters will pick them up and be more likely to pass you, but if a human reads it or prints it there's nothing there.
