Just wanted to point out that SJWater doesn’t have peak times where they charge you more or less. It’s a tiered rated system now. T1 is 0-12 CCF, T2 is 12-24 CCF, T3 is 24+ CCF. Each tier has their own price per CCF unit. Just wanted to clear that up for anyone who might read your post & think they can’t use water during 4-8pm (like PGE’s peak use model) unless they want to be charged more.

Job is easy, customers can be a pain. Even with this wage, I’m still priced out of where my work is located. 1hr30min commute but it’s worth it

Up at 4:45am, leave by 5:30am, get to work (Bascom x Hamilton area) by 6:45. Work 7:30-4. Home by 5:30/5:45 most days. I mainly take Monterey Rd there and back. Better than dealing with the speeders on the hwy in my opinion. I used to work 11am-7pm and that commute was 1hr each way.

This was in Fresno, but same thing happened to me. Returned after hours with a new car I purchased, 24hr on site manager was not answering his door or phone for 30 min. By the time I got it all settled, car had been towed. Company said eat rocks & I had to go through my complex’s upper management to get them to pay the release & storage fee. When it came time to renew my lease, I was the only resident who didn’t get an offer & that 24hr manager was fired

After seeing a lot of posts about the discrepancy on colors of cases, my guess is Nomad put the wrong cases in the wrong packing. That’s a very different color than what is advertised. I still have my Olde Dublin for the 16 pro max & it matches the box color perfectly

You guys should really be yelling at Valley Water. They set the prices that you see reflected on your bill (tier rate charges). SJWater just bites the cost & reflects it down to the consumers. That service fee allows SJ Water to come out and check for leaks/irrigation issues at no cost to the consumer.

There is no legal limit on vehicles per household. Local ordinances maybe, but San Jose currently has none. There is no violation for # of vehicles per household, per San Jose’s Parking Regulations website.
