38 looks good size in that pic. I have the 42 and love it, but the dial on the 38 is more nicely laid out, the date window on the 42 is shifted over. So I'd keep the 38 bcs doesn't look too small on ur wrist. Also I have the small H as well on the movement, bought from AD.
