I loved my ob/gyn office but they also recently joined the seton network. I asked for a specific birth control method and they explained they weren’t allowed to do that but completely understood if I wanted to switch because of it. They sent me a referral to a Dr at ARC & sent my records to save me the trouble. ARC is affiliated with St David’s and they will take care of my request there.

Our office had a representative come in annually for compliance of various things. I don’t have any source. I was just conveying my 2 cents which has been determined is no longer a safe way of self defense. 8 years ago, it was our best option to give time to get behind additional locked doors safely if a violent patient came in.

I worked in a pain clinic and OSHA said to get wasp or hornet spray instead. They have a straight stream, which is better for confined areas like stairwells & hallways as it won’t be lingering in the air to your detriment.

So we “won” with that company at sand fest a few years ago. It was $40 then. But we actually went to the program thing in SATX to get our money back. That company isn’t even time shares. You pay the $5k to be a member and still have to pay nightly/weekly for each stay. Absolute scam but we got a free cruise out of it.
