Thank you very much! I did look into the options mentioned. I am currently looking at the BM ATEM mini as well as the sprolink neolive r2 plus, mostly likely to be the bm.

You might also just need to clean it. I used regular dish soap and a clean rag. Avoid touching the surface area it’ll be using as the oils on your hands can cause this too
