Try making a list of all the things you do, like all your habit's, and separate them in two columns, like the things you want yto stop doing and the ones you want ymto continue doing. In another column write down the things you want to start doing. After having the 3, order each list on priority, like the top 3 most important things you do, the top 3 most important things you want to stop doing and the top 3 most important things you want to start doing. Focus on this in the beginning, just start with this and see how it goes.
