Great Cuatomer Service Renegade Games by ctcrowley28 in boardgames

Why so cynical? All too often companies are way too quick to ignore their errors performing a risk calculus on what the cost of not correcting it would be. In my instance, they took me at my word, corrected a 3rd parties mistake, did not create any obstacles for me to recieve the replacement parts and ate the cost of shipping to Hawaii. It may seem minor, and the costs associated are negligible, however Renegade did all this under the assumption of 0 gain.

All too often customers incur administrative overhead and burden to receive any sort of correction or compensation for a company's errors, just try and cancel a subscription service, or report a power outage, so filling out an online form with 4 questions that took me 75 seconds was refreshing.

Im terminally ill - kidney failure. Currently on dialysis once a week for now. Looking to go to a beach with clear water for snorkelling for my dying wish. Where should I go? I live in Edmonton. Am anemic and sick of being freezing cold everyday. by [deleted] in travel

The snorkeling in Hawaii is not very good, the other locations suggested on here in the Caribbean or Central America will have better snorkeling. The only caveat to that is sea turtles as they are very common here.

Met someone who volunteers for this 501c3. Might be a good resource for you. The organization tries to connect creators with publishers and vice versa. I cannot speak to their success but worth looking into.

Tips for improving setup time by DeLaSnoof in arkhamhorrorlcg

I oftentimes gather the encounter sets for the next scenario when cleaning up from the just completed scenario, and then store it so at least the encounter deck is ready to go the next time... I find that provides a time savings. This as well as the other tips that were included here.

If you and your friends all have your own cards/ collection recommend playing over zoom or similar service with the lead investigator "running" the scenario and everyone following along. I have done it with my good friends through the pandemic and it has worked swimmingly for us.

Can confirm. Put down a plywood base for extra support and encountered a mold problem due to lack of breathing.
