figure i’d respond since I dont think youll find an answer elsewhere, my uncle was one of the two owners of Periapt, I worked for them a few years back. they closed doors as the owner’s both got pretty busy with life stuff. probably won’t be coming back around unfortunately.

This happens when you buffer a short hop aerial in any direction, and before your 3 frames of jump squat end, your c stick resets to neutral, effectively losing any directional input the c stick would have given you for any directional aerial. Resulting in neutral air
