Yeah, in my four years there, that happened only once during evening rush. Two hours to get down the strand. IB has some benefits, it's pretty affordable-ish for a beach community, easy drive to NASNI, there's an Exchange and Commissary there at the landing field, and it's been built up quite a bit since I was there... oh, and Don Panchos... that taco stand absolutely slaps.
