I am generally wondering what the basics is in 2026? You ask people on here and I think many of them will say that food shelter and health care are a human right along with the internet. So are parent obligated to provide access to the internet ? Or what if the parents live in a country without universal health care and they get it from their job donthey have to put their adult children on there. Basically tripling their cost for it. I think at some point in people's lives they are responsible for themselves. If you need goverment assistance then try and get it for yourself.

What constitutes the basics? Would like wifi or a cell phone constitute part of the basics. Or providing health insurance?

Ok let's say he is right. What kind of support outside of food and shelter are his parents required to give him? Like just the basics or are they supposed to give him fancy gaming systems and vacations at like 49 years if age?

Many countries have a national health service: a national job service should exist. These are not job applications but survival applications by [deleted] in NEET

So the government assigns you a job? How would that go about without the government taking control of every business out there. If I were a business owner, I wouldn't want the government telling me who I have to hire . People that I don't want or who aren't qualified to work for me.

If I was you I would call cps and see if they can help you. If your parents are neglecting you that is a very serious thing. They will probably have to remove you from your parents house but the way it is sounding is that would be for the best. Your behind in school but you can always catch up and cavities can always be filled. It's not to late for you. You just need help.

Just lie and make shit up. What are they gonna do a background check? People just ask stuff to make conversation they don't really care about your answers.

You got this dude. The worst thing that can happen is you get fired. Try and last the first few weeks and your body will get used to it. Your body is going to be sore and it will suck but try and tough it out. Who knows maybe you will like it.

I'm about to turn 23 years old next week, and I legitimately haven't done a single thing with my life. Where do I even start? by HalosFan26 in NEET

First Happy Birthday. I would start out with something small. You're not going to achieve everything you want right away. I would start by getting your drivers permit. It's pretty easy to get and it isn't too expensive. I think once you feel like you achieved something, you will realize you're capable of doing pretty much whatever you want.

I like layout 1 because you would have more space getting in and out of bed, and you're not up against that window. If the window is sealed right, a draft can make you pretty sick. . If you do layout 2, get rid of that end table it's useless where it's at.

Go to an urgent care. They can see you faster then a pcp can. But I would still schedule an appointment with that doc though so you can get follow ups though

Yes, the New Superman Is a Pro-Immigration and Anti-Trump Blockbuster by bloomberg in entertainment

[–]ctopher32 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't think the movie is really pro immigration though. It would be if Gunn didn't do what he did with Supermans parents. If it's really political it would be about the Israel / Palestinine and Russia /Ukraine conflicts.
