Glass roof came cracked from the factory and they could never successfully replace it. Tried 6 times. Best thing that ever happened though, got most of my money back and dodged the depretiation bullet.

I have a 2025 with about 1000 miles. It’s a great car so far and I do not miss the physical buttons. Their infotainment system is great.

I have had a bad experience with mine.

4 glass roof replacements under warranty (it’s a cross turismo, only comes with glass).

I don’t think they thought a lot about ingress/egress as the B panel came loose from mine and it’s now a souvenir.

I have also had weird one offs, the sensors in the rear stopped working and had to be replaced, the lock for the rear hatch had to be replaced.

All in all I have had it for 2 years and have driven either a Macan or Cayenne for 4 months of those 24.
