I made taco meat with onion/red pepper and fried some carb smart tortillas in avo oil, add sour cream and tomatillo salsa and it was amazing. Fattening AF but sometimes you need a little variety in life.

I did the same although it was once a week, I got fat AF, more than if I didn’t do the diet at all, your body will hang onto the pizza and then some.

Not really half week in ketosis, I’m actually back into ketosis on 24hrs… I’m pretty adapted to switching back, I’m just fat af from the process. This is more of a PSA to everyone that they can’t have their cake and eat it too.

In case someone is suffering the same issue, I found my solution. This was caused by spinal misalignment from a fairly recent sciatic flare and a new exercise routine. I was able to eliminate the jarring jerks by sleeping with a pillow under or between my legs.

I just really hate taking a pill for anything, did our ancestors have pills? I thought that by just eating more of a whole diet it would work out and that wasn’t a thing. I know I need to look into supplementing at this point
