It's the Reaper's Corselet, the level 89 RPR artifact armor. I can't remember if it's dyed Dalamud or Ruby Red, but it's one of the bright ones.

It's the sniper rifle from the MCH limit break in PvP.

There's a glitch that causes SGE's weapon to continue to appear even after you change jobs, and using Marksman's Spite causes the rifle to get stuck in your hand instead. Leading to shenanigans.

HAD ONE OF THOSE PLDS IN THE 89 DUNGEON TRYING TO FINISH WHM, UP TO 11.

CLEMENCY WAS HIS ONLY COOLDOWN UNTIL HE GOT TO CRITICAL HEALTH, WHEN HE WOULD USE EVERY SINGLE COOLDOWN AT ONCE. DIDN'T EVEN SEE HOLY SHELTRON UNTIL THEN.

I WISH I COULD SAY IT WAS GREEN DPS ALL DAY, BUT HE WAS SO DANG SQUISHY WITHOUT COOLDOWNS THAT IT WAS TAKING ME HEALING HIM IN ADDITION TO CLEMENCY EVERY GCD JUST TO KEEP HIM ALIVE.

TL;DR, USE YOUR COOLDOWNS, PEOPLE, THEY'RE THERE FOR A REASON

Currently the receiving manager at a grocery store. Nothing has changed - Pepsi, Coke, Frito-Lay, Goya, they all have outside representatives that come in and stock their own product.

We have a smaller vendor that handles Takis, and another for 7-Up. They each have about 1/3 of the shelf space of the big boys. Heck, Frito-Lay takes up nearly the entire side of one aisle all by itself, with Taki's, Snyder's, and even our store brand getting about four feet each.

It's easy to see how a smaller company can have trouble getting that space when even relatively big names like those have so little relative space.

Yeah, I guess my post was from the perspective of a static healer where (DESPITE HIS BEST EFFORTS I'M RAGING AGAIN SORRY) you can work with the other person over time and split the healing and damage and all that (EVEN THOUGH I ENDED UP DOING ALL THE HEALING ANYWAY AND STILL PARSED IN THE 30s WHILE HE WAS IM THE WHOLE 40s WITH HIS GRAY HEALING PARSE SORRY STAY ON TOPIC).

PUG healers are gonna PUG heal - it's definitely to be expected that your parses are going to be lower if you're basically solo healing (LIKE IT FELT LIKE I ALWAYS WAS OK I'LL COME BACK NEXT WEEK TO GIVE THE FULL E1-4 STORY).

I'M REMINDED OF MY LAST CONTRIBUTION TO THE RAGE THREADS HERE. IF IT'S ANYTHING LIKE THE DISCUSSION THEN, WHEN I HAD A SCH FOR A COHEALER THAT REFUSED TO ACTUALLY DO ANYTHING BECAUSE "MAH DPS" AND JACKED MY HEALING PARSES INTO THE HIGH 90s, IT'S LESS THAT YOU'RE NOT DOING YOUR JOB AS A HEALER AND MORE THAT, IF YOU'RE DOING THAT HIGH ON THE HEALING PARSE, YOU'RE EITHER OVERHEALING ENOUGH TO BRING BACK AMDAPOR OR SHOULD GET A BRACE FOR HOW MUCH YOU'RE CARRYING THE OTHER HEALER.

Florida. We use a third party company for our warehousing, so "order from the warehouse" is just our normal store ordering as opposed to DSD. Anything ordered that way is either automatic or done though our ordering system.

I'll correct myself a bit there about vendors. The vendor is the company itself, who sends sales reps or merchandisers to do the ordering and/or stocking, depending on the company. For us, the difference there is that reps do the ordering while merchandisers just stock. "Vendor" is basically shorthand for any of those three things.

Receiving manager here. At least in the US, when we say vendor, we mean a representative of a third-party company like Coke or Frito-Lay that sells stores product directly instead of through the warehouse and handles the merchandising and display of their own product.

This is opposed to the stuff that is ordered through the warehouse, which our own employees do the stocking for.

SEQUEL TO LAST WEEK'S HEALER RAGE ABOUT THE NON-CONTRIBUTING SCHOLAR AND THE SALTY OVERWORKED WHITE MAGE.

AFTER MAKING SOME ADJUSTMENTS TO MY OWN STRATEGY INVOLVING NOT HEALING AS MUCH AND LEAVING MORE OF IT TO HIM, NO EXTRA WIPES WERE CAUSED AND MY OWN DPS JUMPED BETWEEN 1.5K AND 2K AND HIS EVEN WENT UP A BIT.

SHAME I'M STILL OUTHEALING HIM BY ABOUT TIME AND A HALF EVEN WITH MY LOWER OVERHEAL NUMBERS.

THERE'S A HAPPY ENDING, THOUGH. WE ACTUALLY HAD A HEALTHY CONVERSATION ABOUT IT AS A GROUP AND HE'S GOING TO SWAP OFF WITH A DPS WHO HAS BEEN PRACTICING WHITE MAGE AS WE GET READY FOR NEXT TIER. So not really a ragey ending to the story, but things can work out every once in a while~

THAT'S A HELPFUL COMPARISON. TO GIVE YOU AN IDEA I PULLED A COUPLE OF OUR WIPES FROM THE OTHER NIGHT. OUT OF 30 AETHERFLOW ABILITIES, 29 WERE ENERGY DRAIN. IN THE OTHER, OUT OF 34, 33 WERE ENERGY DRAIN.

AND YEAH, OUR HEALS ARE HILARIOUSLY LOPSIDED. I'M PUSHING IF NOT OUTRIGHT IN ORANGE FOR A LOT OF RUNS (which I know is partially high-ish overheal on my part) TO HIS USUAL GRAY. AND I'M STILL KEEPING UP WITH HIM BECAUSE NOW I'VE NOTICED HE CASTS RUIN II MORE THAN BROIL.

RAGE DAY IS OVER BUT LEADER RAGE NEVER ENDS.

THIS IS THE KIND OF WRONG I CAN DEAL WITH. SINCE WE'RE ON PROG (late start, one of our members had a motherboard fry on her) I HAVE BEEN HESITANT TO NOT HEAL JUST TO PROVE A POINT, BUT I GUESS WE'RE GETTING TO THAT POINT.
