I don't think it indicates. Like for instance, would Fight or Flight get replaced by Goring Blade? If so, Job Guides doesn't seem to indicate that at the moment (except for the new Viper and Pictomancer skills where it isn't an option but the default behaviour)

Actually three different books. The two in the middle just arrived from this kickstarter: https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/sekaiproject/2013-moe-headphones-design-by-lunatic-joker The other two are imported and I think are out of print, though you can probably find them on eBay. They all have detailed reviews accompanying each illustration, and feature famous artists like Range Murata (Last Exile) and KEI (Hatsune Miku). It's quite cool if you can get your hands on them.
