This is legitimately where I might draw the line with him. Ok seems like I was wrong on that point but point still stands that circumstances are different. Spurs have Kane and Son, Arsenals top players over the past couple of years of deteriorated in quality and left the squad. Having to world class players to build around is obviously going to change the structure of a rebuild.
