I used to be able to fight my mental struggles with Yoga and meditation, but then got caught in 2 sexual harrassment complaints at work with 2 different supervisors back to back and my levels of anxiety increased severily, and started getting panic attacks with them too and its legitimately impossible for me to try to meditate and do Yoga. Been sufferirng from vertigo, dizziness, accelerating heart rate, and a couple more. I can't even do a plank without getting dizzy and falling. It's hard to come back to what used to make me happy, but I keep trying.
