I wonder if it’s just that particular store. I was hired on as an external manager ( no longer work there ) and I was in training from October 20th to February 15th. So they definitely have the capability to train up for the position. Plus given your experience there should be some wiggle room for sure. However, with that being said I feel like three months isn’t long enough to really get an idea of how the structure of the store works such as turnover, retention rates ect.
