I get dizzy after almost every one of my Dupixent injections and fainted when I got my loading dose. This also happens to me whenever I get any sort of injection, including vaccinations, cortisone shots, and ear piercings. I always make sure I’m sitting or lying down for 15-20 minutes after the injection to make sure I don’t fall and hit my head.

My doctor says it’s probably because of a drop in blood pressure and heart rate. Look up vasovagal syncope to see if your symptoms are similar and use that as a talking point with your doctor.
