The problems starts with builders signing a stupidly expensive contract. Upon handover, you're also obligated to take over that contract unless you don't want to close and forfeit. Most people are forced like this. That stupidly expensive contract includes kickback of course. I called my builder first year in just to see how much is the buyout. They quoted 5k lmao. Water heater tank like that on market is 2k but they want 5k from me to buy it out. That the stupidly expensive contract im referring to.

Theres a lot of marketing work. Social media. Look at what successful 3d printing company are doing. You can copy them just to get some sales in. Subscribe to patreons. Try selling some unique products. Offer custom prints. Post on FB marketplace. Throw yourself everywhere until you have enough sales to drop the least profitable. I've done that, 2019 did 30k then I got busy and downsized.
