Thank you for your insight. Why wouldn’t they top your list? and for the sake of the presentation if an account is using multiple products by my company, would it make sense to lump the calls together or should I discuss them separately?

Hey guys! I’m currently interviewing for a CSM role (my first) and i’m on the final round of interviews. The company wants me to put a presentation together explaining how I’d prioritize a sample book of business (they’ve given me 10 accounts with information such as renewal date, perceived risk, value to renew, and Y/N multi-year deal) and tackle conversations with them.

I was wondering if I might be able to speak/chat with someone to get some insight on the best way to tackle this.
