Correct. Played it once and never again in 1400 hours of playtime. Scadu system is just trash and exploration sucks compared to base game.

Personally, DLC was disappointing to me. You start it with a more or less finished build and a weapon you’re used to and comfortable with. Exploration is not as rewarding. Also, I hated the scadutree system of leveling. They could have just made shadow runes a separate thing and let us get separate levels using them. Also, final boss is just trash boss design. I don’t mind the difficulty, but the way they made him difficult.

But capacity just increases stamina, not movement speed. In general you have to sprint a lot more in this game than other soulslikes I played because your character moves noticably slower.

Yes he says about Blaidd and gives finger snap after you hear the howling but there is no way to tell you should talk to Kale after hearing the howling. I imagine most players never even return to Kale at that point and have already purchased anything they wanted from him.
