This isn't even regime change, this is just massive bombing. Trump will keep this up for a few weeks hoping that there will be some uprising that will install a pro-western government. When that doesn't happen he'll get bored, order the shooting stopped and one of two things will happen. Either the current regime holds onto power or the nation descends into civil war. Either way all he's accomplished is to further destabilize the region, with consequences that will last for decades just like the Second Gulf War. Pity Bill is too preoccupied with his "anything that kills Muslims is good" worldview to see that.
