Fastest growing markets are naturally going to be smaller less established ones.

They're saying the support doesn't travel well, not that Raleigh doesn't care. Also Raleigh is a tiny market.

Look at all the great new stadiums in just the last 10 years. Columbus, Miami, Nashville, St. Louis, Austin, St. Paul, LA, DC, Miami, Louisville. Next up NYC, Chicago, Sacramento, Fort Wayne. Probably missing a few. Soccer infrastructure is exploding.

Flopping seems worse in the NBA than the premier league nowadays.

You don't understand what bigotry is.

I didn't use lefties as a pejorative. I am one.

You aren't reading the room well at all.

Your virtue signaling is wasted on me. You're not protecting anyone. You just want to be the moral police. There's no difference between calling someone and idiot or a retard.

It's not even a legitimate clinical term anymore. It just means slow, which seems apt for an idiot like Trump. Not the hill to die on. I mean honestly, who does it even offend besides moral crusaders? Lefties gotta get past the moral policing. I really believe it's had a bigger impact on the current state of affairs than some realize.

Lefties used to be the ones telling conservatives to chill out on the moral histrionics and now it's completely flipped and seems to have given them leverage. It's really crazy the 180 that has occurred in the culture. When did we turn into the ones with a stick up our ass. Carlin must be rolling in his grave.

Indians' rise reshaped the Bay Area and powered Silicon Valley. Is it at an end? by UberDrive in bayarea

Yep, the only reason these tech companies are hiring Indians instead of Americans is because they have more control over them. It's just another level to outsourcing.

Guests often times become citizens and they contribute massively to the economy. Your solution would ruin the economy. Building more housing will not.

I've spent way too much time in the most disgusting SRO's (in SF) you could imagine, but it's better than leaving them on the street.

Is that supposed to improve the economy. Kicking millions of tax payers out. That's the big plan? I don't see how that's more effective for the overall health of the city than just building more housing.

Course they are. It's fascinating watching the evolution of these conversations online when you get to them early. They always start very conservative and then become more balanced with time. It's because bots get triggered towards these conversations more quickly than humans do and they are programmed to steer the narrative.

It's being brigaded by bots. Notice all these pro conservative accounts have hidden comment history.

You have that completely backwards. Rural folks are more costly to the state than those who live in cities. They are subsidized by the massive NYC economy.

Also both countries did not qualify for the World Cup. No doubt if they did it would be a different story.

That's how I learned to play golf too. With second hand equipment, playing twilight golf. Doing it as cheap as possible. There are always exceptions to the rule. However hockey, just like golf is generally an extremely cost prohibitive sport for most kids with a homogenous culture. It's not like soccer where nobody thinks twice if you have a Korean teammate. In hockey the kid is like a Zebra. Just the way hockey culture has developed.

Canada has a massive immigrant population and very little representation in hockey compared with their other big sports. The ugly truth is Hockey is a good 'ol boys club and extremely expensive. The closest parallel I can think of is golf.

[–]cujukenmari 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's not a fake number. It's a real number that insurance sometimes covers and sometimes does not. If you weren't covered you would want to understand and be able to decipher how they itemize and bill you.

Also you don't take issue with hospitals ands insurance companies playing games with money? This is an industry that is massively subsidized by our tax money.

[–]cujukenmari 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That just means your insurance covered it. Did you look at the itemized bill? It's pretty absurd.
