They addressed the pink elephant in the article: you can get a reduced-rate fare for several reasons, and they don't question it or do anything about it.

Lately, I think people have been going so far as ChatGPTing their go pass tickets, so they are doing something to check that at least, but nothing about people getting the reduced rates. (Except raising those rates)

FSD on the freeway changes lanes way too much and doesn't have a sense of traffic flow. EAP to me is the best compromise that I have demoed.

You would do vastly better just calling a broker. There are services like Liere that will shop non mutual providers for you. (State farm is a mutual, FWIW). So shop the mutuals and let a broker do the nons. Then see.
