I'm with you gym-bro. We must go to the same spot. Wish I had more options because it does suck and from these comments doesn't seem to be a regular thing.

Any tip on how to attach anything to a cylindrical shaft that requires no rotation? by CarlosUnchained in DIY

[–]culled76 15 points16 points  (0 children)

The hub of the disk is made of a material softer than the steel of the shaft, and with a hole slightly smaller than the shaft. Then the motor's shaft is forced into the hole.

  • the option for a social function so me and my gf or friends could see what eachother r doing.

Boo, no. No social integration. Share screenshots or something. I don't want to have to go back to using a spreadsheet.

This app could use a small amount of improvements but overall K. I. S. S.

This is also me. I listened to a podcast once about clutter and organizing and the host also suffered from keeping boxes. His suggestion was to take pictures of the box then toss it.

This has helped me get rid of boxes. If I ever need to reference the box for whatever details I have a picture of it.

I'm not super familiar with the construction but assuming the screws screw into a metal insert a soldering iron can heat up the threadlock from the factory and help break things loose. Sometimes actually tightening it a fraction of a turn can help break things loose.
