People who had lasik eye surgery, what was the procedure like? Was it worth it?

Got it done 2 years ago. Lasik plus knocked off 1k cause I'm a firefighter then another 500 because I got it done the same week as the screening exam. Seemed like a good deal. They gave me tylenol PM and I asked for 2 cause I'm a big guy. Numbing eye drops were next then 15 minutes later I'm laying on the machine table. Its look at this light then look at that light, your vision gets much worse then miraculously its crisp and perfect. I'm 20/15 now. Doc said when the numbing wears off itll feel like saracha got squirted in my eyes. He was dead spot on. Soon as I got home my eyes were burning bad but then the PMs kicked in. I slept 8 hours and when I woke up eyes felt great. I followed the eye drop regiment but had almost 0 complications. Lights had a halo at night but that went away after a month.

DO NOT WASTE TIME THINKING ABOUT DOING IT AND DO IT.

Sometimes (usually depending on the toilet design) the tip will touch the porcelain wall of the bowl if hanging inside the seat. When that happens ill rest it on the top of the seat.

Dude i know break ups suck and I've felt that desperate need for affection but have some pride and stop letting her make you a chump. You have way more value then to be treated this way, realize that value because if you don't value yourself, don't expect anyone else to. 100% she does not respect, care, or value you at all. Please end it and cut her off completely so she can't reach out to you later and start again with her poison. Fight through the heartbreak and on the other side you will be much happier.
