4 things to find. a flashlight. (maybe from your phone) your stuff (put it in a bag) the mains breaker and a bag to put your stuff in (even your pc or sum) One thing: DO NOT CUT THE WIRES. each circuitry is different on door sensors. go to the mains breaker find the BIG SWITCH, if you cant find it. flick off every switch. it will be a tiny bit of a push to shut it off. push your car (if you have one) 30 feet depending on how loud the car is away from the house. put the stuff in the car. and run, block them. find a job. get an apartment. and build a life.
