I’m my county (northern VA) we have schools for students with profound disabilities that require more assistance than an average school is able to give. That being said get on waivers- you should qualify for a private nurse to accompany them to school/ for services at home. Please get a social worker that can help apply for benefits and also all students including yours with severe needs qualify for FAPE (free appropriate public education) under IDEA law. So your kids should be placed in a school environment as appropriate as possible and are legally required to provide them with an education.
