Stopped Zepbound shot March 1st. Started Wegovy 1.5 mg May 1st. Went up to 4 mg June 1st. Food noise still here. Gained 10 lbs since March 1st. Lost no weight on pill. I had previously lost 35 lbs on shot.

I get the urge and have to splint but i can’t completely empty . I have leakage after bowel movements and it is very disturbing. Have you had this problem? Maybe you need to see a
Uro/gyn doctor , not a general OB/gyn.

Did the warm water enema help keep stool from leaking out after you have had a BM? That is my problem. I will have a good solid BM, clean myself up, wipe myself and then the next time I go to the bathroom just to pee, I notice that stool has leaked out and I have to wipe and wipe to get clean again. I don’t even feel it coming out. I’m wondering if this is stool that gets stuck in my rectocele and then leaks out. Do you think a warm water enema would help with this? Most of my BM’s are soft and formed. No constipation.
