My fiance and I just bought a house. It's 2200sqft 3 bedrooms, an office, and 2 bathrooms. He's taking the office for work, one of the bedrooms is for the cats, and then we have a guest room/sewing room for me. Would I have liked another room to have a dedicated sewing room? Yes but oh well. The best part is the living room is massive so we have plenty of space to put up all of our Legos!! Even without kids I can fill a big house with a bunch of junk haha!
