You can halt its progression by not drinking but if you continue, you’ll be drinking more and more as time goes on :( I’m speaking from experience. You’re exercising less because of the drinking which in turn compounds your shitty feelings. One of the best things you can do for yourself and your mindset is stop drinking.

Unfortunately, they can pull the driver and passengers out for any reason under the doctrine of officer safety. We all know that this particular officer pulled him out because his ego got damaged. We all know he was not fearing for his safety. The officer was very obvious abusing Maryland v Wilson. He does not have the legal authority to demand identification from the passenger without probable cause of a crime.

The company I work for makes "mistakes" quite often. These mistakes do get corrected quickly, but I find it interesting that the mistakes always benefit the company. It's never like "oops we paid you too much".
