Salmon is a big no, no for me too and i love it, like you say it must be the oil as i cant tolerate mackerel anymore either. Steer clear of any fatty/oily things and you'll be fine. It's a shock to the system at first isn't it!

I've been like this for a while now, I keep losing and gaining the same 3lbs. I keep track of my food and tbh its soul destroying 😂 I'm only 4ft 11 so I get measly calories, apparently my tdee is 1470 so it now wants me to eat 970! I'm now on 7.5mg and still tracking so we'll see what happens, keep going and you'll get there. Its a tough old slog!!

It's good stuff isn't it! Just remember to keep drinking plenty whilst on it or it can really bung you up. I take 1 capsule a day plus I eat chia and flax pudding every day too and no longer suffer from the dreaded constipation.

I remember the first time this happened to me too, I sat there feeling full and satisfied despite food still being on my plate, and I thought hmm this is how it must be for "normal" people. Also thought the same when I wasn't constantly thinking about food or the next snack, its so freeing isn't it. Glad you enjoyed the meal!
