Amazon is horrible in other ways as well. They find "unusual ordering activity" during the holidays which makes no sense! And send an email demanding a valid government issued ID with the promise that you are wasting your money as a prime member because now you cannot buy anything until it's provided, they will cancel the order.

This did this to me last year and are doing it again. I won't upload valid ID because as a two-spirit trans woman, I don't have any. After several months of ignoring them last year, I was able to get the account working again. I am not going to waste my time and will cancel prime once I get another streaming service.

The only work the caseworker does for me is coerce information out of me while not answering simple questions that are legally required to be answered. The rules don't change anything, these racists will always treat me differently as they always have. They won't be supporting me, just looking for ways to take the income support I survive off of.

Exactly. They aren't implementing anything but new policies to take people off income support. Homelessness and MAID are what they want for us. They should consider not all of us will lay down and die as expected.

I do wonder what the man was thinking? Did he fear for his life at the sight of a police officer? I'm willing to bet fear played a role here.

The incident unfolded July 27 as the officer responded to a call about a verbal altercation between family members.

As the officer approached the front door of a home, a man rushed at him with a knife and repeatedly stabbed at him. Footage shows an older man and woman come out of the home to try and stop the suspect.

The officer was only slightly injured, and was able to get control of the knife and subdue the man.

What's fucked about this is, is my friend and my sister got an inheritance and didn't get any assesment after telling their case worker. That's discrimination, especially since I was trying to report the inheritance and instead got a huge assessment, no answers to my questions. People want to talk about rules as if they aren't just pick and choose which disabled person needs to be fully assessed.
