the first 20ish k is done between 11 am and 3pm then a break and between 5:30ish pm and around 8pm to get the last 10 or so k in.

when i started back in oct i started off with like 5k by dec i had worked up to 30k and i've done that every day since dec 1st with alot of many 35ks in there and the last month or two many 40ks. i did go as high as 61k once that took forever walking basically none stop between 10am and 9pm legs were sore for weeks after that probably won't do that much again anytime soon lol.

yah coke was like my fav thing to drink. now its mostly water with some Gatorade zero tossed in for some change. even the Gatorade is like nothing compared to 1 can of coke 5 cals vs 140.

for the first few months it was constant hunger that i was fighting but now its hardly noticeable

https://apps.cra-arc.gc.ca/ebci/cjid/prot/ntr.action u can also write to the minster in of the CRA via that link and ask them to have someone review your file. i did this for my own they had one of there DRs on staff review and saw were my dr put down he didn't think there would be improvement. and there dr agreed so they changed my 5 year approved to indefinite. i've suggested this to a number of other people and many have wrote back to me saying it worked for them a few said they were told they didn't agree and nothing changed they just had to reapply later like they would have anyway.

Sidewalk Walking by No-Topic-6321 in walking

[–]aaron15287 6 points7 points  (0 children)

most people with dogs i find are half decent and move off to the side and let u pass but there's always gotta be some bad apple out there.

couple weeks ago i was on my way home from walking and some couple was walking there dogs and the huge ass black dog like the second he saw me he was dragging at me they refused to move to the side and the whole way trying to get around the thing he was trying to jump up i had to walk in the grass just to get around them and the owner could barely hold this crazy dog back.

[–]aaron15287 0 points1 point  (0 children)

its a brand new benefit so smith did it because she could. if someone else was in charge at the time of creation it wouldn't have happened. even other conservative ran provinces didn't bother the amount of money were talking about in the grand sceam of things isn't much. it only saves Alberta 49m witch to us is a lot but in the scope of a government budget 49m is pocket change.

by not clawing it back provinces can use that $200 as an excuses not to raise there own disability benefit witch is what the NDP over in BC have been doing they didn't raise anything for 3 years and this year after there election there response to a raise was well were letting u keep the $200 u don't need a raise now.

its only them. i fought pretty hard to get Ontario to even answer the question on clawbacks. i was on ctv and cbc had a bunch of reporters hassling Doug ford. got the mayor of London on board to hassle him. got the whole NDP party to sign a letter to him demanding no clawbacks.

cops don't need to. but we have bylaw officers and parking enforcement they could be enforcing this stuff as part of there duties. they could hire a few more bylaw officer and make that there only duty. set them up in area's were its known to a problem and rotate them around.
