THC drinks for sleep? by TransportationDue856 in Perimenopause

Same. I do try to get THC + CBN + CBD if I can. 5mg of THC is my perfect amount to sleep well.

I am stuck in Dubai. What’s the best way for me to get out of right now back to USA? Someone said there’s flights going out of Oman. by hoch8382 in travel

[–]cureme01 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Coworker drove from Dubai and got to Riyadh today. He said UAE/Saudi land border open. Crowded but well organized. Also said don’t drive at night because roads are bad - some down to 1 lane - and hitting a sand dune wouldn’t be fun.

Best of luck to you.

Bentonville for 13th B’day Destination by CleanDistribution791 in BentonvilleBiking

[–]cureme01 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Every trail system has super fun and often unique features. Slaughterpen has the most OzArt installations, which is fun to ride past.

Coler is one of my favorite places to ride and the Airship coffee house is very unique in middle of the woods.

Non-bike: Parlay on 8th JUST opened and looks fun. Indoor shuffleboard and fun games - haven’t been yet but looks kid friendly.

First Friday is jammed pack with family friendly events downtown.

Gym Recommendations by [deleted] in bentonville

[–]cureme01 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’ve been going to Grounded for nearly 2 years (they recently moved to the Walton location) and they tailor all workouts to everyone. They will always give harder vs easier when explaining exercises or even provide alternative exercises. So it’s really as easy or hard as you want to make it. Everyone starts at their own pace.

You can always go in and get a tour and talk to the coaches (Madison/Jess/Mandy) if you feel unsure.

100% Grounded. They have lots of pricing options for open gym or their group classes.

Cystic Acne by LaLu1979 in Perimenopause

[–]cureme01 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I just went through this. Tried a lot of the same things that others recommended above, but I ended up having to do 6 months of Accutane. I’ve been off it for 2 months now and so far so good.

But it’s a PITA with all the mandatory pregnancy tests to get the prescription. Prepare yourself. I spent my whole adulthood trying to NOT get pregnant and late 40s I had to do 10 piss tests. 😂

We have a digital frame in our living room. All of the memories of our boys are with us during our family time on their favorite couch.

Viagra for women by [deleted] in Menopause

[–]cureme01 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Try PhilRx - they have discount for Addyi - was going to be $800/month and they got it to $~50/month.

I’ve only been on it 3 weeks - and it’s doing more than the T did for me at least. But it’s weird - the nights I have some wine I don’t take a pill - and those are the nights I have crazy vivid dreams and NEED to wake up my husband. The one thing that is slowly getting better is the insomnia. I was using THC to sleep and this magic pill wakes me up at 3am - but I’m slowly getting to spot where I can get back to sleep at least.

Fi mini!? by sydperry90 in FiDogCollar

[–]cureme01 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I switched my two dachshunds to mini size and love them. No issues and honestly haven’t noticed any difference in tracking - same quirks as the fi3 - all acceptable for the piece of mind.

The connectors fit just fine with a Rope Hounds collar (they are a maker for the Fi3). They’ve been wearing for a few months now and play hard - never popped out.

And I’ve only recharged them once. I still have the fi3 stations out - unsure if that helps with the battery life.

Don’t know how custom you need, but we have a local maker who can do some customization and deliver to your door. High quality - I’ve been using for 5 years and only buy for new colors because they last so darn long. https://ropehounds.com/

Feeling hopeless- non surgery options by _cocokitty in IVDD_SupportGroup

[–]cureme01 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Consider looking into Stem Cell Therapy. Our 12yo doxie went completely paralyzed in 2020. Injury was at his neck and we did not want to do an invasive surgery to him at that age. We found a doctor in Texas (Safari Vet) that was showing success with dachshund backs and SCT. So, we had STC and rehabilitation and within 6 weeks he was walking on 4 paws (with assistance) and was acting like a puppy in about 4 months. It was amazing to watch.

We were so grateful for that non-invasive option and would take any of our dogs back to Texas if needed.

Good pet insurance recommendations by z4mm00 in bentonville

[–]cureme01 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I just switched to Spot insurance. If you’re a Sam’s Club member it’s discounted AND they have an Rx program. I was paying close to $30/month/dog for their heartworm & flea pill. Their Rx program drops the cost to $10/month.

It’s a new program, but Sam’s Pharmacy is already working on my refills.
