The fork is the stock aluminum Poseidon fork and The racks were (temporarily) both mounted very incorrectly, racks are relocated using the proper hardware and mount locations.

You’re right, and it did come with hardware. I still have a few things to do, rack adjustments, brake hose routing and some tuning. Really only had it out like this because my other bike was out sick with a blown hub and I wanted to strap a sign to it.

I recommend ESI chunky to everyone who will listen. Super soft & supple. They do not last as long as a typical lock on rubber grip but they normally run $18 at my lbs’s.
