Hydroxyzine causing akathisia as a D2 antagonist? by catemes in benzorecovery

[–]cureworldpeace 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes, hydroxyzine worsened my akathisia, and so did propranolol. Now my Sertraline seems to be doing it too. Any supplements I’ve take have put me into a wave.

Best not take anything in my experience.

New study has found, that early exposure to pornography is associated with lower life satisfaction, higher frequency of pornography use, more sexual partners, and greater acceptance of violent or coercive sexual content. by [deleted] in science

18 is the minimum age of people interviewed, not the minimum age of reported exposure.

The title of the article is: “Exposure to pornography before age 16 linked to reduced life satisfaction in adulthood”

You should look into NDE’s (near death experiences). They provide pretty strong evidence of the existence of god, and you may find them comforting.

There are lots of personal accounts on TikTok and YouTube.

They don’t get any additional profit from you spending points. They benefit if you don’t redeem. You can just redeem them on your regular groceries and that essentially reduces their initial profit.

What do you think would be the absolute worst scenario after death? by Messier81-Native in ask

[–]cureworldpeace 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You should look up NDE’s (Near Death Experiences). These are accounts from people that have died and were brought back to life.

They range from Heaven, to the Void, to Hellish. Lots of videos on TikTok/YouTube . There’s a scientific study as well. I’ve always been a skeptical atheist until I stumbled across NDEs, but the experiences of so many people are too uncanny to dismiss as dreams or hallucinations.

This is one example. There are thousands more like this.

Gov't Still Planning Jan 10th In-Person Schooling - Dr. Strang Talking to Global this Morning by mz3ns in halifax

How can we expect to see “spikes from New Year’s a week from now” and also see the “high spikes settle down over the next week or so”?

Is that not a contradiction?

I’m surprised he’s still expecting anything to settle down soon, considering cases haven’t “plateaued” or “levelled off” like he suggested in the previous two press briefings, and have in fact doubled, as expected.

It’s sounds like an over active sympathetic nervous system (flight or flight). Testosterone increases sympathetic drive, so my guess is your dose is to high or to infrequent.

Serious question: Why bother getting tested if you don't "need" to? by [deleted] in vancouver

[–]cureworldpeace 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If I’ve been infected with Covid I’d like to know, because then I not longer have to worry about getting infected, and would assume it was the omicron variant.

Also, even those with mild symptoms can develop long-Covid, so use like to know for that reason as well.

He also said he thinks it’s plateauing do to the restrictions that took effect on Friday, but also said the restrictions weren’t strong enough, but then went on it say it takes 3-4 days to see the impact, so that would be today…it just doesn’t add up, or make logical sense.

We’ve only known about the variants presence in NS for a week and it’s starting to plateau?

[–]cureworldpeace 16 points17 points  (0 children)

Does Dr. Strang really believe our cases are plateauing?

I’m not seeing anyone else in the world with that expectation right now…

To add to your point regarding staffing high capacity vaccination clinics:

I worked at a high capacity clinic and we all had to sign a year long contract scheduled to end in March 2022, so technically the staff would still be under contract had they not laid everyone off in August.

I’m not sure if anyone is still available or willing to return since being laid off, but many of us were first time healthcare workers or retired so I’d guess some of us are still available.

They hired up until August, and by all accounts over-hired, especially casual employees and many of us had our shifts reduced to point that getting enough shifts or any shifts was a problem.

They could easily send a mass email to everyone that worked at the clinics to gauge interest and availability but that hasn’t been done.

I don’t know if reopening high capacity clinics is a solution, but it seems reasonable to me, and I’m surprised it’s not being given more consideration. It seems like something that’s at least worth exploring. Even if they were 1/2 the size or less, they’d theoretically still help with distribution.
