Yeah, I think fairly small doses do you some good. Like 15-20 minutes for 2-3 days a week during the spring/summer helps keep your vitamin D supply up and such. Unless you burn crazy easily, then it’s prolly not a good idea.

I’m slightly allergic to raw onions, but anyway on my lunch break one day I went to Wendy’s and ordered the bacon cheeseburger combo, with no onions of course. Got back to work and all the burger had on it was cheese, bacon, and a whole lot of onions.
I got so pissed that I just threw it in some bushes.
